One conversation for each website

Each website has its own conversation with Mirin. The top of the panel shows the website’s name and address, so you can check which one you are asking about before you send.

To ask about a different website, close the panel, switch websites at the top of the navigation, and open Mirin Support again.

When Mirin replies

  • Replies arrive in the same conversation while your dashboard is open, with no refresh. Earlier messages stay, so you never repeat yourself.
  • A dot on your avatar and a count beside Mirin Support show replies you have not read. Opening the conversation marks them read.
  • If your connection drops, Mirin reconnects and catches up on its own.

How quickly Mirin replies by email depends on your plan. See Email support in Plans and pricing.
