Understand your Billing
Billing shows the service or plan connected to your website. The available actions depend on how your site was created and whether you have billing access for the workspace.
What you will see
Personalized website demo
Billing shows the website Mirin prepared for your business. The Make it mine banner is the only activation action. Self-serve plans are not offered from this state.
Mirin managed service
Billing identifies your current service, price, billing period, payment details, and service status without presenting it as a self-serve plan.
Self-serve workspace
Free workspaces can compare the available self-serve plans. Paying workspaces can review their current plan and manage it from the same page.

Review before confirming
Opening Billing does not start a subscription or charge a payment method. Use the Make it mine banner when you are ready. The checkout shows the exact price, terms, and available credits before you confirm.
Edits made before activation are session previews. They reset when you refresh or leave the editor.
After checkout, an already built demo activates immediately. If Mirin still needs to turn the approved preview into an editable workspace, your billing and account activate first. The confirmation page shows setup progress, and Mirin emails a secure workspace link as soon as the site is ready.
Self-serve plans
A true self-serve workspace can compare Free, Pro, and Team options. Billing displays the current prices and included features. Checkout lets you review the order and payment details before subscribing.
If a paid plan has ended
Billing identifies the previous plan and explains that the workspace is now on Free. Choose an available paid plan to restore paid features.
Manage an active plan or service
Workspace members without billing access can review billing details, but an owner with billing access must make payment or subscription changes.
Cancel or keep your plan
- 1Open Settings, then Billing.
- 2Find End your subscription in Account Settings, then select Cancel subscription.
- 3Review the effective date and consequences, then confirm once.
A scheduled cancellation stays visible in Billing. Select Keep my plan before the effective date to remove the cancellation.
After a managed service has fully ended, the account owner may review a current restart offer in Billing. A restart creates a new monthly subscription at the price and Terms shown at that time. It does not revive a historic rate or agreement, and prior site or data restoration is not guaranteed. If Mirin cannot verify a current offer, Billing directs you to contact the team instead of starting checkout.
Payment and loading problems
If a payment is past due, use Update payment method in the warning shown on Billing. Your website stays live for three days starting at the failed payment event. Billing shows the grace deadline and time remaining. If payment is still unresolved at the deadline, publication pauses until Mirin verifies a successful payment. Payment suspension does not delete your website or data.
If Mirin cannot verify your subscription, Billing will not assume you are on Free. Select Try again. Your existing plan will not be replaced by an upgrade offer while the status is unknown.
