How Referral Credits Work
Active full service customers can share Mirin with another business owner. The new customer gets the available first month credit when they subscribe through a valid referral link. You earn account credit after the referral qualifies.
The current offer
Applied to the first month when they subscribe through a valid referral link.
Earned after the referred customer qualifies and the referral is reviewed.
The referred customer must stay active through two successful monthly payments.
Example
A referred customer joins the standard $199/month full service plan after paying $47 for their preview. Their referral credit covers the remaining $152 of the first month. After they stay active for 60 days and complete two successful monthly payments, you earn up to $199 in account credit. That credit is released toward future bills at up to 50% of each monthly bill, so one referral usually reduces two bills instead of stopping billing completely.
How it works
Share your referral link
Active full service customers can copy a personal referral link from Settings, then Referrals.
The new customer gets a credit
When they subscribe through your valid link, the available first month referral credit is applied.
The referral qualifies
Your credit stays pending while the new customer remains active and the referral is reviewed.
Credit is applied
Approved credit is released toward future bills until the earned credit is used.

Common questions
Who can refer customers?
The customer referral program is for active paying full service customers in good standing. Agencies, consultants, affiliates, and paid promotional partners are handled separately.
What does the new customer get?
The referred customer gets a one time first month credit. For the standard $199/month full service plan, that credit is currently $152 because the customer has usually already paid $47 for the preview.
When do I get credit?
Referral credits are not instant. Your credit stays pending until the referred customer has stayed active for 60 days and completed two successful monthly payments.
How is my credit applied?
Approved account credit is released toward future bills at up to 50% of each monthly bill. On the standard $199/month plan, a $199 referral credit usually reduces two future bills instead of making one bill disappear entirely.
Can a credit be denied or removed?
Yes. Credits may be denied, voided, reversed, or delayed for self referrals, duplicate accounts, unresolved payments, refunds, disputes, spam, abuse, or activity that does not match the purpose of the program.
Are credits cash?
No. Referral credits are account credits only. They are not cash, are not transferable, and do not shorten or replace any subscription commitment.
Do I need to mention that I receive credit?
Yes, if you share your link in a public post, review, article, newsletter, or similar promotion. Keep it simple and say you receive account credit when someone signs up through your link.
Can the referral program change?
Yes. Mirin may change, pause, or end the referral program. Credits are reviewed under the program rules in effect when the referral is evaluated.
