See what needs you the moment you sign in
Home is the page Mirin opens on when you sign in. One sentence says what is waiting, today’s numbers sit beside it, and every order, chat and new lead that needs you is one click away.

Your day on one page
Picture Mara, who runs Wildroot Flowers, on the Friday before Mother’s Day. She signs in with her coffee, and before she clicks anything Home tells her 14 orders are waiting to go out, a chat needs a reply and three people wrote in. Beside that, today’s sales are already at 62% of her daily goal.

Waiting on you
Choose anything on Home to see where it leads.
Mirin opens on Home every time you sign in. The one exception is your very first sign in, which opens your new homepage in the editor. To come back later, choose Home at the top of the navigation, or the Mirin logo.
- Sign inMirin opens on Home.
- Read one sentenceWhat is waiting, in plain words.
- Clear what waitsEach row opens the work.
- Check todayToday so far, beside yesterday.
Light and dark follow the appearance you chose for Mirin, so Home looks like the rest of your dashboard.
Today so far
Beside the greeting, Today so far shows how the day is going while it is still going. Each number is today until now, with yesterday’s whole day under it, so you can tell at a glance whether today is ahead. Choose a number to open its report.
- Sales
- Money from today’s orders, in your store currency. Opens the Sales report in Insights. For a website with a store.
- Orders
- Orders placed today. Opens Orders. For a website with a store.
- Visitors
- People who came to your website today. Opens the Website report in Insights.
- Page views
- Pages they opened today. Shown on a website without a store, in place of Sales and Orders.
- New leads
- Form submissions that came in today, newsletter sign ups included. Opens Forms under Leads.
- Your days
- Today and yesterday are counted in your website’s reporting time zone, the one Insights uses, so a late order lands on the right day.
Aim for a daily sales goal
With a daily sales goal, Sales stops comparing with yesterday and fills a bar toward your goal instead, such as “62% of your $2,000.00 daily goal”. Once you reach it, the bar turns green and reads “Daily goal of $2,000.00 reached”.
- Open Insights, then Sales. The Revenue goal card sits under the figures at the top.
- Select Set a goal and enter the online revenue a day you want to reach.
- Select Set goal. From then on, Sales on Home fills toward it.
The Revenue goal guide covers the card itself, including a date to reach it by.
Waiting on you
Waiting on you lists each kind of thing that needs you, with a large count and the words for it. Under the count are the real orders and people behind it, so you can open the one that matters without hunting through a list. A kind with nothing waiting has no row.
Rows come in the order that costs you a sale or a client soonest, the same order the Mirin app uses on Today.
- Orders to fulfil. Paid orders with something still to send. The three that have waited longest are listed with the customer, the delivery, how long it has waited and the total. Fulfil opens Orders with To fulfil already chosen.
- Chats to read. Conversations from your website chat with messages you have not read. With one, Reply opens it, ready for your answer. With several, Read opens Chat.
- New form submissions. Submissions nobody has opened yet, the newest three listed with what the person wrote. Read opens Forms under Leads. Opening a submission marks it read.
- Subscription renewals declined. For a store that bills subscriptions through Mirin. Each member whose card was declined is listed with the plan and the amount, and opens their subscription. The card is tried again on its own, or you can ask for a new one.
- Orders awaiting payment. Orders with something to send that are not paid yet. Review opens Orders with Unpaid chosen. They wait on the customer first, so they come last.
When nothing is waiting
Home waits until every place has answered before it shows the list, so rows never jump around while you read. Then it tells you plainly where you stand.
- You’re all caught up
- Every place answered and nothing is waiting. The line under it names what Home watches for your website, so you know it looked.
- Could not be loaded
- If one place does not answer, its row says so with Try again, and everything that did load stays where it is.
- Only what you have
- A website without a store has no order or renewal rows. Website chat comes with a paid plan, so a free website has no chat row.
Coming up
For a store with pickups or deliveries on a chosen day, Coming up lays out the week ahead, so a busy Saturday never takes you by surprise. It reads the orders still to send that have a day chosen, and groups them by that day.
- Overdue first. Orders whose day has passed without being sent sit at the top as one row, such as 1 overdue, since May 7.
- Then each day. Today, Tomorrow, then the weekday, over the next 7 days. A day with nothing going out is left out, and an order further ahead appears once its day comes into the week.
- What goes out. A count for each way, pickups first, such as 2 pickups · 3 local deliveries, then up to three names and how many more.
- One click to the orders. A day with one order opens that order. A day with several opens Orders with To fulfil chosen.
Next steps
Next steps lists only what is left to set up, worth the most first. Each step disappears the moment it is done, so a new website sees a few and a settled one sees none.
- Win back abandoned checkouts
- Shows when shoppers left carts in the last 7 days and recovery emails are off, with how many and how much they left. Turn on recovery emails opens Abandoned checkouts.
- Set a daily sales goal
- Shows for a store with no goal yet, with what it takes in a day once it has sales. Set a goal opens Sales in Insights.
- Use your own domain
- Shows while your website answers only at its Mirin address, for people who can manage domains. Connect a domain opens Domains in Settings.
Each one has its own guide: Abandoned checkouts and recovery emails, Revenue goal and Custom domains.
How the last 30 days went
Under Waiting on you, Last 30 days shows the month at a glance. Each figure compares with the 30 days before, and the one you choose is drawn day by day. Open Insights takes you to the full reports, where you can choose other dates.

Page views, 30 daysChoose anything on Home to see where it leads.
- Visitors and Page views
- How many people came to your website and how many pages they opened. Every website has these.
- Orders and Sales
- Orders placed and the money they brought in, in your store currency. Only for a website with a store.
- The arrow beside a figure
- Up or down against the 30 days before, as a whole percent. No arrow means no real change, or nothing earlier to compare with yet.
- Daily values
- Under the chart, the exact number for every day, so you never have to point at the line to read it.
Where visitors came from
One bar splits the last 30 days of page views by where people came from, largest first, with each share and count beside it. Each source keeps its colour, so a quiet week for one never repaints the others.
- Search engines. People who found you by searching.
- Typed in or bookmarked. People who came straight to your address.
- Social media. Visits from social networks.
- Other websites. Links to you from anywhere else.
Beside it, Most visited lists the five pages people opened most, each with a bar against the busiest. Choose one to open that page on your website in a new tab.
Recent activity, pages and products
Further down, Home keeps the rest of your day within reach: what just happened, the page you were working on, and what is selling.
- Recent activity
- The latest orders placed, form submissions and chats, newest first, up to six lines, such as “Clara Benton wrote: Do you do wedding flowers?” Each line opens its order, submission or chat.
- Pick up where you left off
- The three pages you edited last, each opening in the editor. A mark says when visitors cannot see your work yet: Unpublished changes, Not published or Scheduled. All pages opens your page list.
- Top products
- For a store, the five products that brought in the most over the last 30 days, with how many sold. Each opens its product, and Sales report opens the full report.
A website without a store
Dana runs Quiet Harbor Counseling, a therapy practice with a website, chat and a contact form, and no store. Her Home is shorter, and every part of it is about the people who reached out and the pages that bring them in.

Questions
- Why did Mirin open the editor instead of Home?
- The very first time you sign in, Mirin opens your new homepage in the editor so you can make it yours. Every sign in after that opens on Home.
- Why does Home not show my orders?
- Orders, Coming up, Top products and the Sales and Orders figures appear only for a website with a store. If your orders could not be loaded, choose Try again on that row.
- I have more than one website. Which one does Home show?
- Home follows the website chosen at the top of the navigation, and its name sits under the Home title. Choose another website there and Home shows that one.
- Do these numbers match Insights?
- Yes. Today, yesterday and the last 30 days are counted in your website’s reporting time zone, the same way Insights counts them. Open Insights to read other dates and the full reports.
- How do I clear a row in Waiting on you?
- Do the work it names. Send the orders, read the chats, open the form submissions. The next time you open Home the count is lower, and the row is gone once nothing is left.
- Can Home be light or dark?
- Yes. Home follows the appearance you choose for Mirin on your Profile page: Light, Dark, or System to match your device.
Start your day on Home, clear what it lists, then read the Orders guide for sending orders, Website chat for replying, Forms and submissions for new leads and Choose your appearance for light and dark.
