When PageSpeed cannot render a page
Some public websites render normally for visitors but fail inside Google's measurement browser. When Google reports that nothing painted, Mirin opens the page in an independent browser. The fallback completes only when that browser finds visible text in the viewport, records a real navigation time, captures the homepage, and finishes the visual review. Blank pages, login walls, and unreachable sites still fail.
Retrying a failed scorecard
A temporary measurement failure does not mean the website is broken. An internal operator can rerun the same scorecard after confirming the page opens publicly. The original contact and sales record remain attached to the scorecard during a retry.
Privacy and scope
Mirin reads the same public homepage content available to any visitor. It does not sign in, submit forms, access private analytics, or make changes to the submitted website.
