Publish and share
Bring someone in, or send the page before it is live
The Share button in the page editor does three things. It invites a teammate to edit with you, it hands anyone a preview link to the current draft with no account needed, and it copies the live address once the page is published.

Invite someone to edit
You might worry that handing someone the editor means handing them the keys to everything. It does not. You choose what each person can do, and that choice decides what they can touch.
- Send the inviteType their email, pick what they can do, then press Enter or Invite.
- They get a website invitationThe email names the website, role and expiry. Accepting signs them in and opens that website.
- They appear under Who has accessUntil they accept they show as Invited, and you can cancel with one click.
Open the page and press Share. The menu opens under the button with the email field already focused. Every role sits on the row under the field, and Can edit is picked for you.
- Can view
- Views website content and analytics. Cannot edit, publish or invite anyone.
- Can edit
- Edits and publishes pages. The default, and the right pick for a colleague who will work on the site with you.
- Can manage
- Edit, publish, delete website content and manage its members. Owners and website Managers can invite. Billing and domains stay owner-only.
The invitation covers the website open in the editor, including its pages. It gives no access to your other websites and preserves the recipient’s existing roles elsewhere. The website’s plan sets its seat limit.
A new invitation lasts seven days. Resending replaces its link and keeps the original expiry shown in the email. Revoke an invitation to stop it working, or remove an accepted member from Team members to end access.
Share a draft with a preview link
A client wants to see the new homepage before it goes live. Press Copy link beside Preview link and paste it into an email or a text. They open it in any browser, no Mirin account, and see the page exactly as it is right now.
After that the link stops working and you copy a fresh one.
They open it in any browser and see the page as it is right now.
They always see the current draft, including edits you have not published. If you keep editing after you send the link, they see the newer version when they reload. Preview links come with a paid plan.
Copy the live link
Once the page is published, the Live link row shows its public address and Copy link puts it on your clipboard. Until then the row says so, and the next step is publishing the page.
Open a page, press Share, and send a preview link to the person whose opinion you want before it is live. Manage this website’s members in Settings, under Team members.
