Keep every email list healthy
Mirin checks an email address before it creates a lead, customer, signup, or subscriber. This catches common typos and mailboxes that cannot receive mail before they affect delivery.
What Mirin checks
Address format
The address must use a valid email format.
Domain and mailbox
The domain must receive mail and the mailbox must be likely to exist.
Address quality
Disposable and randomly generated addresses are rejected. Role addresses stay available for account and service communication but do not enter marketing nurture.
When an address is rejected
The form asks the visitor to check the address before anything is saved. If the validation provider is temporarily unavailable, Mirin accepts the real customer and checks the address again before sending.
Protection continues at send time
Mirin checks its shared suppression list and cached validation result before delivery. Amazon SES provides a final validation check for outbound mail. Email Performance shows checked, risky, and blocked address totals.
