Landscape design and build in Boulder, Colorado
Terrace & Thorn Landscape Design.
A landscape design website.
A field notes portfolio for a landscape firm that builds sloped and dry gardens: large photographs with plant tag captions, a year of work set on a timeline, and a measured garden plan drawn on the page. It is online at terrace-thorn.mymirin.com.
An example made by Mirin. The business is invented.

What this website gets right.
The photographs carry the sale: a full width hero with one card laid over its corner, then a mosaic where every picture wears a plant tag naming the project, the neighborhood and the year.
It answers what this trade's customers ask before they call: what happens in which season, the four steps with how long each takes, and ballpark prices per face foot and per square foot.
A measured plan of the hero garden, drawn with a north arrow, scale bar, title block and numbered key, proves the firm designs on paper before it moves stone, and the elevation line of towns shows it knows planting changes with altitude.
